3. International Shipping & Import Duties

- CrusaderAV is not responsible for any additional customs charges incurred upon delivery.
- If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. Tracking & Order Status
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tacking number via email.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- CrusaderAV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 working days with photos, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
