Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned usused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed
- Some items may be non-returnable, including special-order products, bespoke items, or software once opened
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact out team before sending anything back.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Notify us as soon as possible after delivery
- We may arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue
- Faulty items may be tested before a refund or replacement is issued
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the orginial payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on the issue
- Delivery charges are non-refundable

All larger orders require a signature on receipt. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

- Some large or bulky items may be delivered via palletised delivery, which can take up to 48 hours
